Order processing
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping times and rates
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
- Domestic (US): [3–7] business days after processing
- International: [7–21] business days after processing, depending on destination and customs
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local authorities.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their control. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or your package is significantly delayed, contact us at notifications@mburrzd.com and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, though we'll do what we can to help.
