How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size chart with actual garment measurements — chest, body length, shoulder. Measure a piece you already own and like the fit of, then match it against the chart. That's more reliable than guessing from a label.
If you're between two sizes or unsure, email us with your usual size and the fit you prefer. We'll tell you which to take.
What sizes do you carry?
M through 5XL across the collection.
MBURRZD is built fit-first, and that includes sizes most brands stop short of. The cut follows the frame without clinging — at every size, not just the small ones.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes. Our pieces are cut to a modern, tailored fit — closer to the body than a standard tee, without being tight. If you prefer a relaxed drape, size up one.
What if the fit isn't right?
Request a return from your account within 14 days of delivery, or email us for an exchange in a different size. Either way, shipping is on us in both directions. You shouldn't have to gamble on fit.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $175 or more. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the US takes 3–7 business days. Most US orders arrive within 4–10 business days of ordering.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.
Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and aren't included in your order total. They're collected by the carrier or local authorities on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within a day of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.
Email notifications@mburrzd.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to trace it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags attached. What matters is the date you submit the request — not the date we process it, and not the date the parcel gets back to us.
Return shipping is free. We'll send you a prepaid label.
How do I start a return?
Sign in to your account, open the order, select the items, choose a reason, and submit. Your prepaid label arrives by email.
No account? Sign in with the email address you ordered with — we'll send you a six-digit code. No password needed.
Please don't ship anything back before submitting a request. We won't be able to trace it.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, subject to availability. Exchanges are handled by email rather than through your account — write to notifications@mburrzd.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Exchanges ship free both ways.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm approval by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to display it.
My order arrived damaged, or it's the wrong item.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost — including any shipping you paid.
The Product
What are your pieces made from?
Each product page lists the specific fabric. Across the collection we work with midweight premium cotton and cotton blends chosen for how they hold structure — a piece should look the same on its twentieth wear as its first.
How should I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't bleach. Iron on low if needed, avoiding any embroidery directly.
Will it shrink?
Minimal shrinkage when washed cold and dried low. Hot water and high heat will shrink cotton — that's true of any garment, not just ours.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel from your account any time before the order ships. After that, we'll handle it as a return.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account makes tracking, reordering, and returns easier.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
