We want you to be confident in what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
Email notifications@mburrzd.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, email us and we'll help arrange it, subject to availability.
Non-returnable items

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
